I’m looking for a tidy and considerate person to take over my 1st floor room in a 7 bed house share. Bathroom on the same floor.
The house has got two living room/kitchens, a larger one on the ground floor with dining table and sofa area with tv, upstairs has sofas and coffee table. Decent size back garden, driveway with space for two cars but there’s free on street parking on all the roads around here anyway.
Lidl and Aldi are a 20 minute walk away, Gloucester Road 10 minute walk, St Andrews park only a couple streets over which is lovely for picnics and social gatherings in the summer.
It’s a fairly social house, everyone is given their space if and when they want it, but we try to do movie nights and pub trips every few weeks and house dinners etc.
