Large double room available for a lodger in newly renovated 2-bed house in Redfield/St. George, which I recently bought.

Looking for a tidy, respectful housemate with interest in creating a friendly atmosphere. The room is available immediately, with earlier move-in dates preferred (single occupancy only).


The house is full of light and is well insulated. There is a medium sized paved garden that gets a lot of sun throughout the day and has space for bike storage.

The room includes a king-size double bed and mattress, bedside tables (if required), and has a large walk-in-wardrobe.

**All bills are included**, including council tax (Band A) and (fast!) broadband. Free on-street parking is available.


I work as a data scientist and mostly work from home. I'm also a musician and play bass guitar.
