I am looking for someone to rent a double room in a very recently renovated property in St Judes/Easton. The room is currently unfurnished but furnishings can be provided if required - which ever works best. The room is currently available on the understanding it will be a short term let with a potential to stay on longer as the property may be sold. Recent high-spec renovations means absolutely everything is brand new and working.

The property is technically in St Jude's, sandwiched between Easton and Old Market, so very close to all the pubs and amenities of the area and the centre. Street parking permit can be arranged if required - which will offer parking for the entire Easton/St Philips area.

I'd say the room would possibly suit a creative or more nomadic individual as it's a short term let, however, if you're interested just drop me a line with some info about yourself.
