Hello! :) We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us in our lovely, quiet St Werbergh's house as our housemate is moving out on the 14th July.

The house is located just behind Mina Road Park, is a 2 minute walk to St Werbergh's high street and a 15 minute walk to Stokes Croft. Rent is £575 without bills. Including council tax, gas & electric, water and broadband the bills come to around £720.

Your room will be the one pictured but it will be unfurnished. The house also comes with a washing machine and a patio garden with garden furniture. Definitely going to need to re-furnish the parts of the house when our housemate goes, so if you have any furniture you'd like to put in the living room feel free to!

- Anj (28): I am a design engineer who loves travelling, movies, struggling through crossfit and being in nature. My summer goals are to go see more live events in Bristol, and drive to some green spots outside of the city!
- Harvey (29) - Hiya, i'm stage and live events crew, so i'm often missing at odd times and most weekends. I love singing badly, having conversations in the kitchen, and i'm very bad at keeping plants alive
We are both pretty laid back; just looking for someone who will contribute to household cleaning, and be respectful!
