We are looking for someone to fill a double room in our shared house. the room is a bit on the smaller side, but rent can be negotiated to reflect this and it is a double with plenty of storage in a separate upstairs cupboard as well as a large outbuilding.
Professionals are preferred as taking a hit on council tax would not be ideal for us, however we have a short deadline to get the room filled so will be open to students
The current housemates are: me and Lewis (22-23). We’re laid back but also sociable and easy to get along with, and are into music, outdoors, climbing, and jiu jitsu.
Some great things about this house:

•driveway space for one car and there is always space in front of the house on street
•A Short walk to plenty of good pubs
•right next to the railway cycle path that can take you to the centre in 25 minutes or to bath
