The bedroom is massive and is on the ground floor with French doors opening out onto our small, secure back garden/patio. Sorry we don't have any pictures of the room yet! I'm currently away but will try to get some asap. Room comes furnished with bed and possibly also drawers & wardrobe (need to check what's staying, but we have some spare things stored upstairs that we can bring down if needed). There's a small shower & toilet room on the ground floor and another bathroom upstairs.

Bills + council tax come to around £150 per month.

Housemates are Lou and Rachel, both she/her. We both work for homelessness charities, Rachel in tech and me on the front line. We're friendly, very chill and easygoing, so looking for someone similar. We have our separate lives but get on well and might have the occasional house dinner or go out for a drink. We'd like to generally keep the house calm and quiet, especially as I work nights so sometimes need to sleep during the day.
