I am moving away from Bristol at the end of August and I’m looking for someone to replace me.

Its a new, modern house with large kitchen/ dining room, shared living room and a nice garden which gets lots of sun. The room is a small room on the ground floor. It’s fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. There’s one downstairs toilet opposite the room and then a shared bathroom with a bath/ shower on the middle floor. The shower is shared by 3 people as one of the top floor rooms has an en-suite. Current housemates are a friendly group of girls in early-mid 20s

Most bills are included apart from wifi (around £10 per person per month) and tv licence (around £11 per person per quarter).
