* Cosy and loved home - been living here just over 3 years
* Close to Church Road amenities (Aldi, Tesco) and great food and pubs etc (Red Lion, Dark Horse, Redchurch)
* Excellent transport links - buses and Lawrence hill train station
* 3 min walk to St George’s Park
* Parking on the road (although can be tricky to get close to the house)
* Lovely little courtyard garden - you’re welcome to grow things if you’re green-fingered
* Access to large loft (not pictured) if you have small items that need storing (can’t be big furniture as won’t get up the steps)
* washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher all open for use

* I live with my 6 (almost 7) year old daughter 50% of the time. The rest of the time I live alone.
* I run my own business - I work from home but looking to get a co-working space once someone moves in
* Training to be a counsellor - and I am a massage therapist (I am also learning to DJ and have a set of decks!)

* Can be sociable but I’m often very busy working / studying / mumming - you will often have free reign of the lounge and TV :)
