We’ve got a room coming up in our house and are looking for someone who’ll fit in well with us.
We are 3 boys. We’re all pretty social and into music, going to gigs, the pub, and getting outdoors when we can. We’re not a party house, but we do like hanging out together, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s up for being part of the house rather than just staying in their room all the time. Summer usually means a few barbecues as well.
The house has two bathrooms, a big open-plan kitchen/living space, and a shed out the back for bikes or extra storage. The room going is on the smaller side, so there’s a bit of flexibility with the rent for the right person.
Location’s really good – easy transport links into Bristol and Bath, and we’re just off Fishponds Road which has loads of good shops, pubs and places to eat. There’s free parking nearby, a gym close by, and we’re right by the Bristol to Bath cycle path.
We’re looking for a single working professional – no students or couples. Mostly just someone easygoing and social who’ll get involved in the house from time to time.
We’d want to meet up first for a chat or a viewing to make sure it feels like a good fit both ways.
