We have a double room available in Redfield, 5 minutes walk from Church Road, from Easton, from St George’s park, from the Bristol/Bath cycle path. 30 minutes walk to the centre of Bristol, or a 13 minute bus ride (6/7 stop at the end of the road, or 42/43/44 from Church road)

About the room
Room has a bed, wardrobe and shelves. We are open to having couples rent the room.

Shared areas
Communal areas are fully furnished: living room, kitchen/diner, 1 bathroom and garden. The garden has a small covered space for bikes. We have a large loft-space which is accessible (via loft-stair ladder) for additional storage.

Other housemates & how we live in the house:
Live-in landlord (me!) I’m 34, I work from home most days.
And my partner, Jonty, who is a freelance filmmaker and writer. He does a mixture of working from home and working onsite away from home.

We enjoy cooking and a night-in with TV/movie or board games. But we also like going out to gigs, festivals and like hiking and travelling. We enjoy having friends for dinner etc. We're keen to be social as a household but also appreciate everyone needs their own space.

From time to time, we have friends/family to visit and I'd like you to feel similarly, that you can have family/friends to stay too. We have a sofa-bed in the living room for when guests stay.

Pets
Two cats also live in the house - so hopefully you’ll see this is a plus :) Otherwise this might not be the house for you!

Free on-street parking outside the house.
