Please note this is a 3meter x 3meter double bedroom with two wardrobe and en-suite bathroom only, the kitchen is shared and in the main house. Near Cribbs Causeway & Patchway (5mins) with access onto the M5 & M4 corridors at the top of the road. Non smoker non vape only! The room & en-suite is approximately 5m x 3m total and is furnished. The Ideal lodger would be working outside the home during the day when the dog daycare is using the garden next door. 8.30-5.30pm
The annexe has its own separate garden area but is visible from the main garden.
