4 Bedroom house up for house share to fill one room, in a modern terrace house located in Horfield, just off Gloucester Road by the Horfield Leisure centre.

We are two friends, who have co-purchased a house and are looking for similar-aged working professionals to share the house with. .(Rory is not currently staying in the house and hasn’t for many months as lives with his girlfriend, so the house is shared currently with two people, (you’ll be the third). Hans works at the office from 8-7, every day. Our preference would be working professionals who travels into the office; however, we would be amenable to someone working from home. We are also open to medical students/professionals as Southmead hospital is only short walk away. We like the gym, cooking, going out, mountain biking and surfing. We are very chill and like keeping a tidy house. We usually take turns on the cleaning duties.

The house is located on a quiet road, with neighbours in the surrounding area. We have a decking area and garden with a barbeque. The kitchen is open plan, shared with the lounge, which receives a lot of sunlight throughout the day. The lounge is very spacious with large double French doors, a smart 4k TV and Playstation 5, large comfortable Sofology L-shaped sofa and coffee table and bean bags.

The Kitchen is fitted with high end modern cooking utilities; we have also purchased a second full height fridge & chest freezer and the best air fryer you will ever use!

Bills - Bill range from £110-£120 a month. This is not included in the rent and calculated and split equally at month end.

Kitchen Utilities; Ninja Airfryer, Nutribullet, Blender, Coffee Machine, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, 2 full height fridges (2-in-1 & fridge only), Chest Freezer, Oven & Gas Stove. We also have a washer/dryer and a separate heat rack dryer (Drysoon).

Each renter will have their own large double bedroom, which is unfurnished. You will also have access to shared bathrooms on both floors.

We also lease a garage nearby; the garage can be used by renters for storage. There is parking available in front of the house and the surrounding area, on a first come first serve basis.

The house is in a superb location, with Horfield Leisure Centre very close by, Gloucester Road with its wide variety of pubs, bars and restaurants only a short walk away. There are also many food stores nearby, such as Tesco, Aldi & Lidl.

The room currently up for rent is; Bedroom 2 on the third floor(shown in pictures, however the room has now been painted with a soft white paint), as shown on the floor plans. Utilities will be shared equally amongst the four of us on a month-to-month basis.
