We are looking for a tidy, respectful dog friendly person, who works outside the house.
The bills are included.

Room 1 – Large Double (6m x 4m or 20ft x 13.5ft) Shares a large main bathroom with room 2. £765 per month, this room has a large window overlooking the lodger’s garden area.

Room 2 – Double (4m x 4m 13.5ft x 13.5ft) room with a large 6 door built in wardrobe £695 per month, shares the large main bathroom with room 1

Council tax, fair use Gas & electric, Water & sewerage, Internet. Reasonable usage of Washing machine & Tumble dryer (used only in the winter months), we also have a rotary clothes line in the lodgers garden.

Room 1 & 2 share a large family bathroom with rainfall shower & lots of storage space.

Suitable for non smoking/vaping lodgers only. Price is per person.

All Rooms share the kitchen/dinner it’s a bright & sunny room with a view of the garden, large fridge freezer and a big table for meals.

we are the perfect place for anyone who loves little dogs and is happy to share a household with them all though they have their own garden and bedroom.

Plenty of road parking opposite the bungalow.

Outside, there is a lovely 30ft enclosed, dog free garden, it’s a great place if you want to sit in the sun or shade, relax and have a cuppa or a glass of wine!

We are in the perfect place for commuters, a small village surrounded by fields, with a local pub and shop, close to the Cribbs main bus station, the village bus stop is located outside the house. Easter Compton is JTN 17 of the M5 motorway, near the M5/M4 intersection. Cribbs causeway shopping centre, the wave and the new Bristol zoo are both nearby, easy access to Aztec west JTN 16, 10-15mins to Portbury, Bradley Stoke, Filton, Severnside and Avonmouth and to both Welsh bridges.

This is the perfect household for quiet lodgers, I have a en-suite room in the house and only share the kitchen/dinner, I usually use the washing machine and dishwasher during the daytime as I work from home.

Ideally looking for people who work outside the house during the daytime and want a quiet place to sleep.

Unfortunately I don’t air b&b or rent weekly, only monthly and the minimum term is 3months.
