I’m the live-in owner and have been here for around 5 years.
My partner often stays at weekends; otherwise it’s just me.

I work from home most of the week (accountant / business owner) and I’m also a part-time musician. I do practise occasionally and can be a little loud at times — I prefer to be upfront about that.
