Looking for a female professional (or student willing to contribute to council tax) for a 12 month tenancy beginning on 19th September. Rent is £750pm and bills/council tax make it around £940pm. The deposit is £725 and you need to have a UK guarantor, as you will be named as a tenant on the contract.

The flat is located in the centre of the city (BS2 8PS) and is a 2 minute walk from Cabot Circus. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, and has a large cupboard with wardrobe and shelving unit (some might say it is a walk in wardrobe!) My current flatmate is open to leaving her desk and decorative shelves for a cost.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I’m 22 and work as an environmental consultant. I enjoy running, dancing, hiking, snooping around charity shops, and going to dnb raves and festivals. When i’m not out and about, I like to rot in front of the tv and have a catchup in the evening with my current flatmate. I also like to keep a tidy home so am looking for someone that does too!

It would be nice to be friends with my flatmate, more than two people that just co-exist so please message me if you think we’d get along!
