The flat is over 120m² and has a lovely garden, off-road parking, separate living and dining rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. It's a comfortable, well-established home rather than a typical house share.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamp. Additional shelving can be provided if useful. You'll also have your own kitchen cupboard space and dedicated storage in the bathroom.

I'm looking for a lodger who wants a calm, friendly and respectful home. I've had lodgers for many years and the arrangement works best when we're both comfortable sharing the space while having our own lives.

A bit about me: I work professionally and lead an active life outside the home, including cycling, travel and weekends away. I share the flat with Jet, a friendly black cat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a feline housemate.

This is very much a relaxed, respectful home rather than a highly social house share. Nice to enjoy a chat in the kitchen and be considerate of one another.

The room includes all bills, broadband and use of the off-road parking space. The parking arrangement occasionally requires a bit of communication if both cars are in use, but it's worked well for previous lodgers.

Looking for someone reliable, tidy, cat-friendly and used to living considerately in a shared home.
