About the room and the flat:
The flat is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. A standard double bed with lots of storage space, a study desk, a huge walking closet and your own bathroom is included in the room. There is even a tiny balcony next to the bed. In the shared kitchen and living room, all basics household appliances are included: fridge, microwave, oven, induction stoves, dishwasher and tv. A washing+drying machine and a hoover is also included.

About flatmate:
I’m a second year student in the University of Bristol staying here over the summer. I’m from China but have studied in Bristol for 4 years so I could be your local tour guide if you are new to this city. I’m very outgoing and willing to try pretty much everything with you if you want. I have a keyboard and a guitar, you can borrow them if you want to play.

About the location:
The flat is on Park Street, probably the busiest street in Bristol (don’t worry about the noise the room is on the quiet side). A couple of minutes walk to both the University of Bristol and the big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and all the shops on Park Street. Less than 10 minutes walk to Harbourside and .
