Hi ^_^. I'm Dal and a current tenant at this newly refurbished 7 bed property. It is just a 10 minutes walk from Senate House, and in a nice, cozy location. I'm looking for someone to take over my room for the 2024/2025 academic year as I'll be moving elsewhere to be with family. It is room 3 and has a private bathroom, as well as a lot of space as you can see in the attached floorplan.

All bills are included in the rent: gas, water, electricity and the Internet. The only request is that every housemate keeps the shared spaces clean, and are nice to each other.

The deposit is £250 and the rent is £250 pw.
