I have a single room available in a 3 bedroom apartment in Lawrence Hill, Bristol. It has a large shared living room and 1.5 bathrooms. You are welcome to paint/decorate the room so long as you return it to a good state before leaving.

It is in a good location with plenty of supermarkets, bars & restaurants, parks etc nearby. It only takes about 30 minutes to walk into the centre. Furthermore, nearby is a bus stop with frequent buses into the centre, as well as Lawrence Hill train station which is 5 mins from Temple Meads.

I would like to find a nice chill flatmate so that we can have a peaceful home environment. It's not a party house although I'm fine with the occasional gathering here. I appreciate everyone has their own lives but would be nice to have the occasional movie/games night, pub outing, dinner etc together.
