I’m looking for 1 or 2 easy-going housemates to join me in my spacious 4-bed home. I work in the music and events industry (programming a major city venue), so the house has a creative, relaxed energy.

I have a 13-year-old daughter who stays every other weekend; we are a friendly household and would be very open to someone with small pets.

The Rooms:

1. The Garden Cabin (Private Studio Living)
The Vibe: A unique, detached wooden cabin perfect for someone wanting total privacy and their own "front door."

Space: Spacious enough for a double bed, a full desk/workspace, and storage.

Amenities: Fully heated with high-speed Wi-Fi and electrics.

The Perks: You are situated right next to the outdoor sauna and outdoor shower, which you are free to use.

Facilities: You have easy access to the main house for the kitchen and lounge. There is a convenient ground-floor WC just inside the house, and a shared full bathroom on the first floor.

2. The Attic Suite

The Vibe: A bright, quiet sanctuary at the top of the house.

Space: Very large converted room accessed via a private spiral staircase.

Features: Natural light from Velux windows. Includes a double bed, large desk, and significant storage space.

3. The First Floor (Pink Room)

The Vibe: Cozy and convenient.

Space: A standard double room located right next to the main bathroom.

Features: Includes an alcove perfect for a desk and a built-in wardrobe. (Note: Currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to discuss providing a bed).

The House:
You’ll have full use of a large kitchen, comfortable lounge, and living spaces. It’s a great home for someone who appreciates a bit of character and outdoor wellness (the sauna is a game-changer in winter!).

Location & Logistics:
Eastville close to Stapleton Rd Station.
Rent: £800 for cabin or attic and £700 for pink room including bills.
