I live in a double room available in a 2nd floor flat on the Harbourside with incredible views of the river from the living room. Looking for 1 person to move into the second bedroom.

The location is 20 mins walk from the town centre and 10 minute walk from Bedminster.

The flat was unfurnished when I moved in but as I’ve been here 4 years all communal spaces are now furnished. I have a double bed in the spare room if you would like to use it too. There are 2 parking spaces included with the rental.

I am a quiet and clean person who likes relaxing in this space. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and occasionally additional days throughout the week, otherwise I’m in the office Tues - Thurs. I would be looking for a professional who is also clean, quiet and friendly. I’m not one to host parties or people over often, but am happy to hang out in the communal living area. I love a bit of law and order svu.

I have a large TV with many streaming services in the living room I am happy to share.

The bills come to around £250 a month, this may go down if electricity and water usage goes down.
