Our lodger of 5 years is moving on so we are advertising our cosy single room. The house is located in a quiet rd in St George close to a park Dundridge Park and Conham River Park and local shops and good public transport into the city centre. You’ll be sharing with my husband and I so would be suitable for someone looking for a quiet house. My 21yr old son is at university and comes home for the holidays and I have another older son who visits regularly. The house has been recently renovated and has off road parking and a lovely garden. The room is a small single but there is room for a double bed at a squeeze. It’s furnished with a bed, drawers, shelving and hanging space. We have lovely dog called Juno who we share every other week.

As the room is a small single it wouldn’t suit someone working from home. We are a relaxed and sociable household and always up for a chat but enjoy our quiet evenings. I am a psychotherapist and work for a charity and my husband is self employed and works from home.
