Hi,

I have a spacious, newly built and fully furnished double room available in a friendly home in Fishponds. The room is very large (approx. 5.5m x 3m), bright and airy with lots of natural light, and offers plenty of space for a sofa, desk and table, plus good storage (as shown in photos).

The home is shared with me and my two boys (8 and 12). We share care 50/50 with their other mum, so the house is a lively family home part of the time, and calm and quiet the rest.

We also have a friendly rescue dog (Raven) and a cat (Gioia), so it’s important that you’re comfortable around animals.

I’m a fitness instructor and we lead an active but relaxed lifestyle. We’re usually early risers during the week, and evenings are quiet and easy-going.
