House is based in bedminster down. There is a large bathroom and another seperate w/c in the house. There is a lot of communal space with a lounge, kitchen/dining room, Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large oven and fridge freezer. 60 inch tv in the lounge with gas fireplace and a 2nd 40 inch tv in the dining area.. 2 dogs also currently live here too. Both are very friendly and housetrained.
All rooms are fully furnished with ottoman storage beds

Rent includes all Bill's with virgin high speed internet connection.

There is a co-op 5 minutes walk away. A gym about 10 minute walk away. The 75 and A1 Bus services are close to the house within a few minutes walk so easy commuting into town if needed or the airport. Its about a 15 minute walk to parsons street train station. There is also the climbing center close by.
