I have a double room available in my house in St. Werburghs from April 1st (although there could be some flexibility here).

The room is a large attic room with 2 large, new Velux windows (complete with blackout blinds) and is very bright. It has also just been fitted with new carpet.

A bit about me - I enjoy the outdoors, bouldering, gardening, reading, film, camping, occasional festivals and pub/restaurant visits with friends. I like to get to know the people I share my home with so am looking for someone friendly who wouldnt mind a kitchen catch up or the occasional trip out and about as opposed to being 'ships in the night'.

I am quite tidy and expect the communal areas to be kept clean, for everyone to contribute and for the house to remain a nice place to be for everyone. Other than that, I am quite relaxed and am looking for someone who would also like a chilled out home environment.

With all the bills (council tax, utilities, broadband etc), rent is around £830 - this number may fluctuate slightly if the cost of bills goes up or down.
