Single bedroom overlooking parkland, in secluded and peaceful yet central location within a good walking distance of City Centre, Broadmead, and Temple Meads train station. Furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk - some other furniture could be sourced upon request, within reason.

Hi! I’m Joseph (23M), the live-in landlord. I am renting to two young professionals, one of who is moving out at the end of February. I’m keen to get somebody replacing him soon, we could start with a 6 month contract and roll on monthly from there.

Shared living space includes two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. There is also a storage loft and two other cupboards, that you would be welcome to use. There is a washing machine in the kitchen.

Has a front and back garden. The back links to Newtown Park, start of the Bristol and Bath Railway cycle path. We have a patio area with a garden table, chairs and a barbecue. At the front are two sheds, one currently used for bike storage (would be able to fit one more bike), and the other for general storage. You are free to use both. There is street parking available.

Other commodities within convenient 5-minute walking distance include:

- Both a Lidl and a Sainsburys.
- Market Street, a high street leading to Castle Park with 24-hour corner shops, highly rated takeaways, and several good pubs/music venues.
- The Mothership, a bouldering centre also containing a standard gym.

About us:

You would be living with myself and the other tenant Em (22F). I’m a software developer who makes games on the side, and Em is a film student looking to do her master’s. We’re laid-back and friendly, and like to hang out in the evening watching comedy shows and movies as well as go out. You’re welcome to do your own thing of course, but we could happily welcome you into our group. While we like to have a good time and have friends over, this isn’t a party house - we expect somebody who respects cleanliness in shared spaces.
