We’re looking to find a new housemate to come and join us in my beautiful home in St George. Cosy bright double (furnished) in BS5 is available from now onwards. Short term renters could be considered until we find the right housemate.

The small double room has a single bed that pulls out a large king size giving you an option for extra space when needed. There are large fitted wardrobes and ample storage in the room. Housewise its a large victorian 3 bed over three floors. Separate kitchen which has all the mod cons - inc dishwasher, dining room and a connected living room plus a large garden. Brand new bathroom with freestanding bath and walk in shower.

My housemate and I are chilled at home and like to cook the occasional meal for each other and watch the odd movie. We are both working professionals who are busy and Looking for someone who’s friendly, clean, respectful, with similar good vibes.

Great location right next to St George's park, and 5 minute walk to Church road and all that has to offer and close to easton too. It’s next to the cycle path into town and a 15 min walk to either stapleton train station or Lawrence hill and 30 mins walk to Bristol centre. Bus stop outside house that takes you into the centre within 15 minutes. Also next to the M32

Rent is £650 including all bills with fibre internet plus TV with all streaming apps.
