Hey I’m Kayla, I’m 34 and single, I have an unfurnished double room available to rent. It’ll just be me and my year old house cats Lilith and Luna living here. I work Monday- Friday with the occasional Saturday. I’m happy to be social with a housemate but also like my own space upstairs in my room. I vape but do not smoke.

My house is a little unusual as you enter on the middle floor which consists of a living room, bathroom and empty room, downstairs is the kitchen and upstairs is my room, dressing room and en-suite.

Broadband, Sky, Netflix, Disney plus and Amazon Prime in the shared living room and all but Sky in the kitchen. I have a washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, air fryer, grill and microwave.

There is a parking space next to my driveway and bus routes are a short walk away.
