We have a small, unfurnished room available in our lovely home, with garden views. There is room for double bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers and there are built in book shelves.
While we can offer some storage outside the room in the garden shed and small cupboard above stairs, it has best suited people who are travelling light or have capacity to store big items elsewhere.

We’re looking for someone 25+ who appreciates a calm, quiet living environment. Our home is a retreat, perfect for someone who values a homely, relaxed atmosphere.

The room should be available 1st of April subject to housemate's flat purchase. 1st May if not. Will be confirmed by end of Feb.

About Us
We’re three humans, aged 32–41:

Eleanor (she/her), is a doctor but currently working at a charity doing outreach with street sex workers. Her interests include music (playing a bit of folk), reading, left-wing politics, pottery, and cooking.

Amber (she/her) works in Early Years Education and loves nature—cycling, swimming, walking, gardening, and camping. She’s also crafty (knitting, sewing, ceramics) and passionate about vegan cooking and sustainability.

Fy (they/them) is a maths teacher who plays the fiddle, enjoys climbing and green space adventures. They live a quiet, calm life during term time but enjoy parties and festivals in the holidays.

About You
We hope to find someone who:

Is open to shared vegetarian/vegan meals, which we enjoy taking turns to prepare. We eat together most days.

Is happy to take part in our basic cleaning rota and occasional house meetings.

Is LGBTQ+ friendly.

The House

Two bathrooms: one with bath/shower, one with shower.

Well-equipped kitchen: gas hob, microwave, plenty of cupboard space.

Room for a bike in large living room

Located directly on St George’s Park, with greenery and friendly, quiet neighbours.

Bills approximately £100 per month each.

Owned by a private landlady in London, who maintains the property reasonably well.
