Large room on 1nd floor, very close to University of Bristol and Park Street. Shared living room/kitchen/toilet/shower.

Rent is currently £450 a month, but the landlord has suggested in the past that it may increase, possibly to £500 a month.

There is a small shared garden at the front of the house, and there is space to lock a bicycle outside.

The bills are around £70 a month and council tax is just under £100 a month.

As far as pets are concerned, a cat would be more than welcome, but we are on the first floor so it may be tricky if it is an outdoor cat.
