4-minute walk to buses into the city centre (41/42/43)
Direct bus (16) to Temple Meads
5–10 minute walk to Kingswood High Street (shops, cafes, amenities)
3-minute walk to the gym
Close to great local pubs, including the Rose & Crown 🍽️
The room & house:
Comfortable double bed
Access to a garden 🌿
Driveway parking available
Garage storage for a bike (larger storage negotiable)
Calm, homely environment (not a party house)
About me: I’m friendly and sociable, but I keep busy with work, the gym, hobbies and seeing friends. I enjoy a relaxed, tidy home.
I also have a 9-year-old black cat 🐈‍⬛ who is shy at first but very affectionate once she feels comfortable.
Who I’m looking for:
Clean, respectful and easy-going
Ideally a Monday–Friday lodger
Also open to shift workers or someone staying part-time (e. g. 4–5 days per week)
This would suit someone working in Bristol who wants a peaceful base during the week.
However, I am open to 7 days per week for the right person
