We are renting out a room in our shared house in St George, near troopers hill.
We have a lovely home with a big garden we use a lot in the summer.
The room is big enough for a double bed, wardrobe, desk and some floor space. While the room is small, the house is very large and there is lots of shared space for extra storage and home office.
Two housemates work at the NHS, two are musicians. We are welcoming, tidy, and like to share.
We have a range of ages, two women and two men currently living here and are welcome to anybody joining us.
We are social with each other and host friends over regularly, but not a party house.
Council tax band D.
