This is a great 4 bed (2 male, 1 female - late 20's to 40's) house in Montpelier, with a large shared living room (with working fire), a kitchen, garden and large shared bathroom. We are a friendly, relaxed house that are happy to hang out and chat with each other, but also respect each other's need for a bit of space. We aren't a big party house and are respectful of each other if we come home late as everyone works different hours.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and built in storage - the photos are a bit old but nothing much has changed.

Rent is £510 a month for the room.
Bills are about £140 each at the moment.

There is on street permit parking if required.
