Great location!!
- chandos road on your doorstep
- 10 mins walk to redland station
- 15 mins walk to Gloucester Road
- 15 mins walk to Clifton Downs
- 10 mins walk to big Sainsbury's

The house vibe is a perfect blend of homely cosy tidy and social :) everyone has their own thing going on but also loves coming together!

There are two bathrooms between four of us, a big kitchen, living room and a lovely little enclosed garden.

There is a lovely couple who will be living in the two rooms on the top floor and the bottom floor will be the two new tenants.

There will be a paid parking permit available but it will be the 3rd one on the house so it’s quite pricey, although if you have to drive to a 9-5 every weekday you should be fine without one. Otherwise there is free parking at the Downs 15 mins walk away.
