Small single room in 3 bed house near st George’s park. Friendly live in homeowner-professional-teacher. My 11 year old daughter lives with me 50% of the time and we have a pet cat and dog. I have hosted students and professionals for over 8 years. The room is small, it is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and desk, it is adequate if you travel/move light. There is the advantage of two bathrooms in the house, there is a small garden and dining room + lounge. Free street parking and buses 5 mins away. Shops on church road 5 mins away. St George’s park 5mins. The rent is all in including all bills-which factors in c tax, water, gas and electric and internet- can put a months deposit in landlord deposit scheme. Will accept short term let’s of 3 months +. Subject to ref checks etc.
