Renting out my spare room.,

The house is in Greenbank, between Greenbank Cemetery and the cycle path. 10 mins walk to Stapleton Road Station and about the same to bus routes. Really friendly street and close to local shops but a bit removed from all the action!
I live here with my son who’s at college during the day. I often work from home and although I wouldn’t describe myself as a clean freak, but I do put time and energy into keeping my home clean and tidy. It’s important to me that anyone living here respects that and is totally up for pulling their weight with the housework, if we’re aligned in that way, I’m up for negotiating about most other things! . I’m into cooking, music, reading and a bit of gardening.

My son and I are pretty relaxed and luckily like each other so it’s quite a chilled, friendly vibe.
This really isn’t a party house, I am friendly and interested in people but as l’ve got older really like my home to feel a peaceful and together space . We eat and cook mostly vegetarian food - meat once a week or less.

The room is at the back of the house and is quiet. Also, the bed has the most comfortable (new) mattress in the house! 😊
