We are looking for a friendly and kind person to share with a mixed group of young male/female professionals aged 21-40. The current household are all working full time, have varied interests and backgrounds, are outgoing and looking to share with a like minded male or female. Age, gender etc. does not matter - it is nice and friendly people we want!

This homely place is in a great location - it is a 1 min walk to the Bath road bus stops that take you into the City Centre within 10mins (the buses are also every 10mins!).

Ithas a large kitchen and living area with separate dining room - there is a cosey sitting area with TV - perfect for unwinding with housemates in the evening. There are two bathrooms with showers in the house.

There is also a good sized garden with large patio/BBQ area that will be great for those summer parties!

It is located a few minutes walk from the bustling Sandy Park Road and only a 10minute bus journey into the centre of Bristol - the house is around the corner from Bath Road’s many bus routes.

This area has the perfect blend of being a stone’s throw from the city centre but also in a safe and super friendly community with some great amenities on your doorstep. There are some lovely independent eateries, coffee shops and delis on Sandy Park Road to explore with friends.

The area is also famed for its local independent breweries - all within walking distance are Lost & Grounded Tap Room, Hop Union Brewery and Tapestry. Also within walking distance is Arnos Court Park and Nightingale Valley - perfect for runners and picnics in the summer.

The home was sensitively renovated recently, with original features retained such as original floorboards, fireplaces and picture rails. Each of the bedrooms have been furnished to a high standard with either new carpets or original polished wooden floorboards.
