We are looking for a friendly housemate to share with a group of lovely young professionals all working full time in Bristol. The current household (2 guys and 2 girls aged 20-40) have varied interests and backgrounds, are outgoing and looking to share with a like minded male or female. Age, gender etc. does not matter - it is nice and friendly people we want!

The bedroom that is available is one of the largest rooms in the house - it is upstairs at the front of the house and has a huge bay window. There is polished original wooden flooring, original fireplace with lovely mirror, and the room comes with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, lovely window seat as well as desk and chair. It is a lovely big space with character.

The house was fully renovated to a high standard in January 2025, with new heating/plumbing, re-wiring and stylish décor. It has a large kitchen (with 2 x fridges/freezers + washing machine + tumble dryer) and living area with separate dining room - there is a cosey sitting area with TV - perfect for unwinding with housemates in the evening. There are two bathrooms with showers in the house. There is also a good sized garden with large patio/BBQ area that will be great for those summer parties!

This homely place is in a great location in Brislington - it is a 1 min walk to the Bath road bus stops that take you into the City Centre within 10mins (the buses are also every 10mins!).

Brislington has the perfect blend of being a stone’s throw from the city centre but also in a safe and super friendly community with some great amenities on your doorstep. The house is located a few minutes walk from the bustling Sandy Park Road, with coffee shops, a deli, fruit & veg shop, butchers, Morrisons express etc.

The area is also famed for its local independent breweries - all within walking distance are Lost & Grounded Tap Room, Hop Union Brewery and Tapestry. Also within walking distance is Arnos Court Park and Nightingale Valley - perfect for runners and picnics in the summer.

The house is owned by Mike and Dan – we are live-out landlords who manage the property ourselves, so you’d be dealing directly with us for everything. We have lots of experience living in houseshares ourselves so have a good idea what makes them work well! We deal with issues quickly and do all we can to make sure the housemates are happy :-)
