We’re looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bed home with garden in St Pauls. The location is ideal, right in central Bristol but tucked away on a quiet street, so you get the best of both worlds.

The room is a large double and can come unfurnished (furnished is a possibility). The house has a good sized garden, and we keep the place clean, comfortable, and homely.

You’d be living with two friendly young female professionals (24 & 29). We’re both passionate about music and enjoy a good chat, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space and routines. It’s a happy, relaxed household and we’re keen to keep that vibe.

We’re looking for someone considerate, tidy, and easygoing who wants to treat the house like a home.
