Hi, we're Antke, Sam, Andreas, and Rieke and we're looking for a new flatmate because I (Rieke) will move out as I will finish uni. We are laid back, friendly and open-minded.

Our flat is located close to Kilburn station. You will take over my cosy room, which is about 12 square meters. Our flat has two floors, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room so there is plenty of space to socialise, cook and enjoy being at home. There is also access to the roof and we are looking forward to picnics with a view of the city when the weather improves! Hampstead Heath isn't too far away, so if you enjoy running, you will enjoy going there on the weekends! Andreas would definitely join you. There is a small Tesco at Kilburn Station, as well as a large Sainsburys by West Hampstead Station. Our flat is located in a calm and nice area, with some nice pubs a little walk down Kilburn road which we like to go to sometimes in the evening.

About us: We are all UCL students. Andreas (Denmark) and Sam (UK) study Neuroscience in their penultimate (3rd) year and Antke (Germany) studies Environment, Society, and Politics in her masters. We are easy going and enjoy spending time with each other - playing games, reading books, cooking, going for a run etc. We are looking for a new friendly flatmate who would like to join our lovely flat in Kilburn! We keep the place pretty clean and tidy but aren't too obsessive over it.

The room will be available from the 1st April - 1st August and there is the possibility of extending the tenancy!
