I'm looking for a tenant who can potentially take my current room as I am moving in with my friend.

It's a nice room at the west Hampstead. Very convenient for commute, 3 minute to overground and 6 minutes to underground. Supermarket, gym and all amenities close by, about 5 minutes.

4 other tenants live in the house, nice and friendly but they respect each others privacy. They work in different positions like cyber security, acting, consultation and others.

The rent is £900 + Electric and gas Bills around £20 per month.

The room is available from December 13th. Can be flexible.
