The weekend rent at £110 per week is preferred, but I could let it weekly on a short term basis for £170 per week. Please let me know if you're looking for a weekend let or if you're needing the place for the full week. at £170.

This first floor flat is in a Victorian Mansion block with a residents tennis court. An outdoor swimming pool is 5 walk away. We have good agreeable middle-class neighbours. It overlooks a huge park that is both cultivated and wild, with lakes, cafes and periodic fascinating events...(Rock, jazz, and other genres on a Sunday afternoon).Parliament Hill is 15 minutes walk away. The air is fresh in this area. There is a "Cafe" area nearby. It's in Zone 2. Oxford Circus is 20 to 25 minutes by Bus. Belsize Park tube is about 16 minutes walk and the Kentish town is about 12 minutes. Gospel Oak overground is 4 minutes walk. We have good transport connections for London in general...

IT IS BEST TO PHONE ME. THAT WAY HAS PROVED TO BE BEST IN THE PAST.

Just to say: Although the flat may appear crowded ,it is often empty as we all lead our own lives and are often out.

Myself-a writer-In my 60's - a Londoner. I am Interested in spiritual paths, creativity, and fascinating people-from Mahatma Gandhi to Julian Assange to Annie Lennox and back again.
I am attracted the great Yogis of India , renowned Buddhists such as the Dalai Lama. as well as Christian Mystics. Presntly I am working on a huge art project.

Alaa - a Syrian graphic designer/artist and art teacher in his 30's. He is a considerate, kind, reliable and unassuming creative man.

Octavia - an Italian nanny in London in her 20's She is here to learn English. She is a quite ,considerate, super fit .that now walks dogs.

Yi- is in her 20's and is ia `Chinese woman that teaches children with learning difficulties. She has a nice nature, is qiute, and a great flatmate. She is basically vegetarian ,but does eat eggs(as I do)

We are all non-smokers and do not drink.

THERE IS PARKING AVAILABLE and Secure ground level place for a bicycle.

WE SEEK:

Quite reflective, life positive -NON-SMOKING VEGETARIAN PERSONS that does not have a chaotic Lifestyle. Keeping the place clean is essential. You can have a friend to stay 1 night a week, as long as they do not intrude too much. SMOKING AND DRINKING ALCOHOL is something we don't indulge in...

The single room, overlooks a huge park. It is the room, in the video, that has two previous flatmates sitting on a bed.

THE single room I would ideally like to rent out to a person that may want it for weekends fo £110, but I am also open to renting it out weekly for £170.

THE SINGLE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FORM 21th April..

The central heating is powerful and we have much hot water. (new boiler last year)

All bills are included.

1 MONTH STAY IS POSSIBLE .
