Looking for a friendly female flatmate to move in to our amazing house in Belsize Park. Available 18th July for two months or longer, but the start date is flexible.

We're holding viewings on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th.

The flat is a great size, with a big bedroom, kitchen/dining room/living room, bathroom and second toilet. The room is fully finished.

The rent is amazingly good for Belsize Park. £620 includes rent and bills..

Transport links are also brilliant. A few minutes walk from Swiss Cottage on the Jubilee line, a few minutes more to Finchley Road (Metropolitan) and not far from Belsize Park station (Northern). Plenty of buses too.

You'll be living with two flatmates: friendly, easy to get on with, one veggie, work in central London.

As long as we get on and can have a decent chat after work we'll be fine! Must be clean and tidy.
