The flat is on the 2nd floor of a period conversion with a large open plan kitchen and lounge overlooking the shared garden. The entire flat has been recently decorated including new carpets and blinds. Photos of the room will be shared shortly.

We are very conveniently located only a short 5 minute walk from Warwick Avenue station, or if you prefer, a 15 minute stroll down the canal to Paddington. The local area is very residential with lovely cafes, shops, pubs and a cinema.

You would be living with 2 great flatmates who both work full time. We are looking for a new flatmate who would be friendly, tidy, get on with everyone and think of our place as their home.

Rent is £1,250 pcm and bills come in on top between £100-£150 per person in winter which includes gas/electric broadband and council tax. Fortnightly cleaning is arranged by the Landlord and is included in the rent.
