I’m looking for someone to share this two bed flat with me - needs to be able to sign on asap for 1 Feb move in date. It’s a monthly rolling contract so it’s very flexible, the deposit is £100 and council tax is included. You need to be making about 29k to pass vetting and basically I don’t want a complete complete random in case they’re mental !
