We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our calm, respectful, queer-friendly household as soon as possible. There are currently two of us, both female professionals in our early 30s, creatives, and people who value a peaceful home.

Xandy, 32, works from home, is building her own business as a trauma informed somatic coach while also working on music, singing and acting. Hannah, 33, currently works at the theatre and has a book in the works - she also comes with Berry the cat, who mostly stays in her bedroom with the occasional food bowl kitchen trip.

Our flat is peaceful, friendly, and emotionally considerate. We enjoy chats, laughs, and the occasional shared moment, but it’s not a party flat. We’re queer-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly, and big on mutual respect and clear communication. This flat would suit someone who is working during the day and enjoys connecting wth their flatmates but also doing their own thing ✨
