You will have personal toilet and shower room. Deposit £1175, 1100 pcm rent (include council tax but exclude other bills such as water ~£15 per month, electricity ~ £55). The property location is just 1-2 mins walk from Kilburn station (Jubilee line, 15 mins to bond street station, 12 mins to Baker street station which you can change to many other lines).
