Located in the heart of Waterloo (SE1), the flat is just 4 minutes walk from Waterloo station and right next to the London Eye.

The flat has a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom with a bath. You will also have free access to a gym, pool, sauna, and steam room onsite.

About me: I'm a 23y/o UCL graduate that is currently working full-time in London (wfh twice a week). I am a considerate flatmate and very respectful of boundaries. I enjoy my personal time alone after a busy day, but don't mind socialising once in a while. I love to cook so will be in the kitchen a lot! I don't like mess, so regularly make an effort to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. On occasion, I do have friends round but always try to keep noise to a minimum. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is like-minded.
