I am moving out of this great flat. I have genuinely loved living in the area as it is super convenient to central and loads of stuff around the flat. I have also loved living with my flatmates and genuinely sad to move out. Looking for someone to replace me until 31 August 2026 when the lease runs out. Move in date ASAP.

Looking for someone who preferably works from the office more and is LGBT friendly.

Reference checks will be needed by the landlord.
