I am a dedicated dentist who recently graduated in India and is gearing up to conquer the UK equivalency exams. As I embark on a journey back home for 5 months of intensive study, I am seeking a responsible and friendly flatmate to take over my room.

Availability:
From 1st May to 10th June = 40 days

Rent and Deposit:
£800 (excluding bills) with a reasonable £150 deposit.

2. Gas and Electricity: Approximately £100/month
3. Council Tax: £80/month
4. Wifi: £6.66/month
Total Bills: Approximately £250/month
